Olive Branch Culinary Services operates www.olivebranchcs.com (the “website”). The privacy and data security policy (“Policy”) informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, storage, transfer, and disclosure of Personal Information (explained below) and non-personal-identifiable information that we receive from users of this site.

 

What do we do with your information?

When you visit the side, send us emails, use website forms, make online purchases from the website or third-party affiliate website, social post, blogs, or communicate with Olive Branch Culinary Services in anyway, you are providing us with personal-identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and non-personally-identifiable information in two ways: directly and indirectly.  By giving us this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, analyzed, stored, transferred, and disclosed by Olive Branch Culinary Services, as described in this Policy.

 

Email Marketing — with your permission, we may send occasional email about exclusive offers, services, new products, recipes, and quarterly newsletter from Olive Branch Culinary Services.

When you provide us with personal information in our contact form, intake form, request service, or any forms use to contact us, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask your directly for your express consent, or provide you with an opportunity to decline. 

 

How I do Opt-out from marketing related emails?

Once you opt-in, you may asked to be removed from our marketing emails at anytime by emailing us at info@olivebranchcs.com. You may also opt-out by hitting the Unsubscribe button in your email to be automatically removed from our email database. 

 

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.

See Terms and Conditions for more details. All clients invoices are processed via Intuit Quickbooks.

We take clients’ personal information seriously and we take reasonable precautions, following  industry best practices to make sure is it not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

 

The third-party Square Capital, LLC and Intuit, Inc processing gateways comply with the Payment Card Industry Date Security Standard (PCI-DSS Level 1) on your behalf.

By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and can make decisions involving payment.

We may use your Personal Information to meet legal requirements, like complying with court orders, valid discovery requests, valid subpoenas, and other appropriate legal mechanisms.  We may share your Personal Information with representatives and advisors, like attorneys and accountants, to help us comply with legal, accounting, or security requirements, or to prosecute or defend a court, arbitration, or similar legal proceeding.

 

Collecting Payments Owed to Us

We may use your Personal Information to send you updates if your credit card has expired or if we need a different credit card to process a payment.  We may use your Personal Information to send you emails, invoices, receipts, and notices of delinquency.  If client fails to get back to us within 7 business days to provide Olive Branch Culinary Services with a new payment method, we will have to file dispute with the Small Claims Court to receive payment of service rendered. We use a third-party vendor to process credit card and ACH payments and take orders, and may share your Personal Information for those purposes.

 

Security 

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. If you provided us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES 128-bit or high encryption. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. In an attempt to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your Personal Information, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
